The Help menu contains commands that give access to help resources for Tarma Installer

| Contents | Opens the help viewer with its Contents tab selected. |
| Keyboard Shortcuts | Opens the Keyboard shortcuts topic in the help viewer. |
| Diagnostic Messages | Opens the Diagnostic messages topic in the help viewer. |
| Predefined Variables | Opens the Symbolic variables topic in the help viewer. |
| What's New | Opens the What's new topic in the help viewer |
| Release Notes | Opens the Known issues topic in the help viewer. |
| Technical Support | Opens the Where to go for more information topic in the help viewer. |
| Knowledge Base | Opens the Knowledge Base topic in the help viewer. |
| Upgrading from 2.x | Opens the Upgrading from Tarma QuickInstall topic in the help viewer. |
| Web Resources | Starts your web browser and opens the Technical support page on Tarma's web site. |
| Buy Online | Starts your web browser and opens the Buy Tarma Installer page on Tarma's web site. |
| Register... | Displays the License registration dialog where you can enter your Tarma Installer registration certificate. |
| Check for Updates | Performs an online check for available updates to Tarma Installer. If one is available, you will be asked if you want to download and install the update. |
| About Tarma Installer | Displays the About Tarma Installer dialog with legal and support information about the software, your registration, and your system. |
