Project pages

Tarma ExpertInstall displays your project's contents in different pages, organized by section and purpose.

Project page navigation

You can navigate between the project pages using one or more of the following methods:

• By clicking on the page title shown in the navigation pane at the left;
• By clicking on the large white arrow buttons at the top right of each page;
• By hitting the Ctrl+PageDown (next page) or Ctrl+PageUp (previous page) keys;
• By using the View command from the main menu bar.

Using the navigation pane

The navigation pane is located on the left side of the Tarma ExpertInstall main window. It contains section headers and project page titles, plus a number of quick help commands (see illustration on the left).

To show a project page, click on the corresponding page title in the navigation pane. If the project page is not visible because its section is closed, then open the appropriate section first by clicking on the section header or the triangle to the left of it.

To open the help viewer with one of the quick help topics, click on the appropriate topic in the Task Assistance section.

Note: If the list of page titles is too long to fit in the navigation pane, a scrollbar appears on the right. In that case, you might have to use this scrollbar to bring the desired page title or quick help topic into view.

Using the white arrow buttons

The title bar at the top of each project page contains two large white arrow buttons (see illustration on the left). Clicking these buttons takes you to the next (right-pointing arrow) or previous (left-pointing arrow) project page. Clicking on the large question mark button opens the help viewer with information about the current project page.

Note that only project pages that are part of open sections are included in the next/previous page sequence. This feature allows you to navigate quickly between the pages that you are most interested in.

Using Ctrl+PageDown and Ctrl+PageUp

The keystrokes Ctrl+PageDown (next page) and Ctrl+PageUp (previous page) are the keyboard equivalents of the white arrow buttons. They operate exactly the same as the arrow buttons; in particular, they too move only between project pages in open sections.

Using the View menu

All project pages are also accessible through the View menu on the main menu bar. Each project section corresponds to a submenu; the actual project pages appear on the per-section submenus.
