Public property that prevents the display of the Add/Remove Programs Remove button if set. Windows Installer stores the value of this property under the Add/Remove Programs registry key for the product.
Note: On Windows versions earlier than Windows 2000, this option prevents the display of the product on the Add/Remove Programs control panel altogether.
